Call For Papers

ERTC Advisory Board: 19th March
Call for Papers opens: 24th February
Deadline for Abstracts: 27th April

All of the abstracts submitted will be sent to our Advisory Board to be graded. The deadline to submit your papers is on Monday 27th April. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submission is free; however successful abstracts are subject to a speaker registration fee.

  • Global Demand & the Role of Refineries in the Energy Transition and the circular economy

  • Exclusivity to ERTC
  • Potential for impact in the industry


  • Evidence of operating experience
  • Regional relevance, practicality and operability
  • Soundness
  • Strength of validation
  • Quality of presentation
  • Industrial case studies with valuable lessons learned
  • Clear takeaways and realised benefits
  • Imminence of interest

Additional Recognition

Additional recognition will be given to co-presented client case studies.
