Call For Papers

The 2019 Call for Papers are now closed.


All of the abstracts submitted were sent to our Advisory Board to be graded. The deadline to submit your papers was Monday 15th April 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted.


Submission is free; however successful abstracts are subject to a speaker registration fee.

  • Potential for impact in the industry


  • Evidence of operating experience
  • Regional relevance, practicality and operability
  • Soundness
  • Strength of validation
  • Quality of presentation
  • Industrial case studies with valuable lessons learned
  • Clear takeaways and realised benefits
  • Imminence of interest

Additional Recognition

  • Additional recognition will be given to co-presented client case studies
  • If successful a client co-presenter is mandatory and as such prior to submission all relevant approvals, clearance and availability to attend must be in place
