RISING STARS
“If you were CEO for the day, what strategies would you put in place to attract young students to the downstream industry?”

Rising Stars has been created to celebrate the future leaders of the refining and petrochemical industry. Entrants, who must be under 30 years old, can submit an abstract to explain how they would attract younger generations to begin a career in the sector.

The top 5 entrants will be given the opportunity to pitch their idea in front of our esteemed audience who will then vote for their favourite strategy based on an established criteria.

Our finalists, as an acknowledgment for reaching this stage, will get the chance to discuss their respective visions to a senior figure in the downstream industry over a lunch arranged by the WRA.
